The More is Now! project is co-organised by the National Gallery Prague and Deutsches Architekturmuseum DAM and is supported by the Czech-German Future Fund.
The contemporary Czech architecture exhibition at the Deutsches Architekturmuseum DAM showcases innovative projects and best-practice examples by young architects from the so-called millennial generation. It offers a unique opportunity to introduce the relatively unknown young Czech architectural scene to the German public. It builds upon the legacy of the Villa Tugendhat in Brno, designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe at the age of 42, as an iconic building of modernism. The exhibition includes 28 award-winning architectural projects, mainly located in regions outside of Prague, thereby encouraging a multi-local approach to exploring the Czech Republic. The exhibition is curated by Helena Huber-Doudová, NGP.
