The exhibition showcases innovative projects and examples of best practice, predominantly from regions outside Prague. It thus offers the German public an opportunity to discover contemporary Czech architecture beyond the capital. Among the architectural practices featured are, for example, CHYBIK + KRISTOF, KOGAA, Mjölk, No Architects, ORA and Lenka Míková architekti. The exhibition is curated by Helena Huber-Doudová from the National Gallery in Prague.
The exhibition has been organised by the National Gallery in Prague in collaboration with the Deutsches Architekturmuseum to mark the 2026 Frankfurt Book Fair, where the Czech Republic is the guest of honour. The project was realised with the support of the Czech-German Future Fund, a partner of the Year of Czech Culture and the Guest of Honour programme.
The exhibition can be visited at the Deutsches Architekturmuseum until 17 January 2027.
