Claudia Adlhoch studied Slavic Studies, General Linguistics and Philosophy in Heidelberg and translates from Russian and Czech. In September 2026, her translation of the first volume of Vojtěch Matocha’s Dustopia trilogy was published by Hanser Verlag under the title DunkelZone.
She also works as a freelance guide for exhibitions at the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague. In autumn 2026, the museum will publish her German translation of the catalogue for its permanent exhibition Czech Cubism.
