
Literary scholar and translator who is a graduate of Comparative Literature and Slavonic Studies from the University of Vienna. She completed her doctorate in translation studies at Charles University in Prague. She translates contemporary Czech poetry and prose by authors including Lucie Faulerová, Maria Šťastná, Anna Beata Háblová and Ondřej Macl. Her scholarly interests include the history of literary transfer from Czech to German, especially during the second half of the 20th century.
